China’s 360buy.com Appoints First CFO

Chinese B2C e-commerce website 360buy.com has announced its latest personnel change with the appointment of Chen Shengqiang, former vice president of finance, as its first chief financial officer.

Chen joined 360buy.com in April 2007, and he previously held positions of financial director and vice president of finance. Chen reportedly completed his Executive MBA at China Europe International Business School.

Since the start of 2012, 360buy.com has accelerated its executive team adjustments. Following the appointment of Chief Technology Officer Wang Yaqing and Chief Marketing Officer Lan Ye, the company finally has a new CFO.

When planning the core executive team of 360buy.com, Liu Qiangdong, founder and CEO of 360buy.com, said they would set five positions, including COO, CTO, CMO, CFO, and CHO. So far, three out of the five positions have been filled.
