Youzu.com announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yousu GmbH signed a share purchase agreement with Germany's Bigpoint Investments GmbH, aiming to acquire a 100% stake in Bigpoint HoldCo GmbH for no more than EUR80 million, which is about CNY580 million.

Bigpoint is a European online game and mobile game developer and content provider and operator. Its games are provided to users for free and its revenue is from the sale of virtual items in the games.

By December 2015, Bigpoint had 60 games contributing to its revenue, including 57 PC online games and three mobile games.
