Mobile Legends Philippines is Looking For Facebook Chat and Group Moderators

Mobile Legends Philippines is currently looking for two hundred (200) committed and passionate Filipino Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Moderators to be assigned in managing the Official PH Group or Official PH Fanpage messages.

According to ML, the new Chat moderators will assist and support other players by answering their immediate concerns with highest customer service, patience, empathy and passion. They’ll also have to submit reports and concerns to the developers or the direct customer service representatives of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

Group moderators, on the other hand, will be assigned tasks related to managing the whole Official MLBB PH Group, which includes membership approval, strict implementation of rules, and encoding of activities, aside from other tasks assigned by the Mobile Legends PH Community Manager.

While the 200 slots are open to the public, applicants must meet certain requirements as the position needs maturity and emotional stability. Some of these requirements include being at least 20 years old, proficiency in English and Filipino, Epic or Above ML Rank, ability to keep confidential information, in-depth understanding of Mobile Legends game-play, willingness to follow rules and instructions, as well as the ability to handle stress and players with attitude problem, among others. Needless to say, the ML Moderator role can be very toxic and even hazardous for individuals who have an extremely sensitive personality.

Also, Mobile Legends PH reminds this is volunteer work, which means that the moderators won’t receive money for their work but rather, they will be get valuable compensation like in-game rewards and up to 3,000 Diamonds per week.
