A hashtag that says ‘USvsIndia’ has taken Twitter by storm at the moment. Anyone who comes across the for the first time will think that this has political connotations and nothing else.

However, the reality is quite different. 

The viral trend just compares daily scenarios and how we Indians react to them. It goes without saying that the desi culture is very different from the western one. While we love to adapt to the latter, the former has some quirks of its own to make it stand out from the rest. 

Some may be embarrassing, some might be hilarious and some might be questioning as well, but the desi community all around the world hold their culture dear in their hearts and wish to never be parted from it.

On these lines, the hashtag went viral as it got netizens comparing the scenarios. The flag of the respective country was put first along with what the scenario is. The Indian one had the tricolor before it and the American one the obvious.

The comparison goes onto show the quirks in desi culture that makes it truly memorable and iconic for what it is.

Toilet habits deserve an honourable mention as well.
