Robert Vadra tweets ‘distorted’ India map, deletes it after Twitter backlash

New Delhi: On Republic Day, the violent agitation by farmers brought enough embarrassment for the farming community as their two-month long peaceful protest got marred by some rioters.

Man who hoisted a religious flag at the ramparts of Red Fort featured on a YouTube video of Congress party. And, now adding to the party’s owes and embarrassment is Robert Vadra, husband of Priyanka Gandhi.

Robert Vadra on Wednesday tweeted his disappointment over violence by riotous mob during farmers tractor rally and called for action against the culprits. But, the map of India he tweeted is distorted and highly objectionable.

The map he tweeted doesn’t have Kashmir and Ladakh, it is rather devoid of these territories. Call it a blunder or unintentional error, Vadra came under heavy attack on Twitter for ‘playing with India’s territorial sovereignty.’
