When many people including Russians in Russia are voicing their support for Ukraine, Chinese influencers were banned on China’s Social media for criticizing Putin, the Russian President who sent troops to invade Ukraine. 

Most of the Chinese celebrities remain quiet about the invasion given the communist regime’s close relationship with Putin. The Chinese government never condemned Russia’s atrocities in Ukraine.
