LUCKNOW: For nearly half an hour the official Twitter handle of Uttar Pradesh chief minister office remained within the management of an unknown hacker within the intervening evening of Friday and Saturday.
The hack occurred at round 12:43 am and by roughly 1:20 am the Uttar Pradesh authorities authorities regained management of the account. By the time this report was filed, one after the other every spam tweet was faraway from the handle which has greater than 40.53 lakh followers.
Going by way of the timeline of the handle through the hack interval, the spam tweets revealed a sample —that is, a big quantity of twitter accounts tagged on the @CMofficeUP timeline had been bots, crypto foreign money admirers, graphic designers and followers of Elon Musk- the tech billionaire.
More than 300 tweets had been posted as spam and former previous tweets of the handle had been deleted by the hacker.
No official remark was acquired from Uttar Pradesh on the hacking incident.
