To get started, open Instagram on your iPhone and select the message icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Click to select a conversation.
Open Control Centerclick the . icon Record to start recording the screen and sound on your device.

Return to the Instagram screen.
Press the button to turn on the audio message so the screen recorder can record.
When the recording is done, open it again Control Center and press the button Record again to stop recording.
Open the app Photos to find the recorded video file.

Click three dots icon to the right of the file to open or rename the file.
When finished, the MyMP3 application will cut the video out of the file and compress it back into an MP3 format file that can be played on any device.
