According to a report by the South China Morning Post, the 25-year-old resident of Shongqing Municipal Council drafted a resignation letter on January 5. However, recognising the financial responsibility of caring for her nine cats, she hesitated to submit it. Unbeknownst to her, one of her cats had other plans.
