ICC bares application process to ensure drug victims’ participation in Duterte case

MANILA, Philippines — The International Criminal Court (ICC) has released details of its proposed application process for victims seeking participation in the case against former president Rodrigo Duterte.

The submission, made by the ICC Registry’s Victims Participation and Reparations Section, outlines mechanisms to ensure victims’ voices are heard and their rights are upheld as the case progresses.
