‘Players are not acting in the right manner’ – David Beckham slams Man Utd stars’ behaviour after fan clashes on tour

DAVID BECKHAM let rip at “disrespectful” Manchester United flops Amad Diallo and Alejandro Garnacho for abusing fans.

Amad insisted he did not regret his obscene gesture to supporters on the club’s Far East tour.

While Garnacho was also captured making the same middle-finger sign and shoving a fan after a humiliating defeat to the ASEAN All-Stars in Kuala Lumpur.

But United legend Beckham blasted: “I’ve seen a lot of things where players are not acting in the right manner.

“A lot of things that are not OK in my eyes as a fan and lover of Manchester United.”

Beckham won the Premier League title six times during his glittering career at Old Trafford.

But Golden Balls has been left far from impressed by the current crop, accusing them of lacking “manners”.

United embarked on a disastrous 4,150-mile round trip to Malaysia and Hong Kong just hours after the Prem season ended on May 25.

Ruben Amorim’s side incredibly LOST to the Southeast Asian all-star team in Malaysia, before needing a second-half comeback to beat Hong Kong’s national side.

United have now returned from a brief trip to Asia on a disastrous post-season tour, taking in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong.

Amad, 22, and Garnacho, 20, could be part of a massive summer fire sale at United after their worst-ever Premier League season.

Beckham, 50, who won ten major honours during a glittering 11 years at Old Trafford, added: “We were part of a team that was so well mannered.

“We understood what it meant to play for Manchester United. We understood what the badge meant.

“Wherever we travelled, whether in Europe or Asia, we respected the fans.”

He added: “It’s tough times [at United].

“I don’t like seeing some of things that are going on at the club.

“On the pitch is what counts but in all honesty I’m seeing a lot of things that are not okay in my eyes as a fan and as a lover of Man United.

“You have to represent the badge. That’s what it is about.

“I’ve seen a lot of things where players are not acting in the right manner.”
