DJ Koo seen visiting Barbie Hsu’s grave nearly every day

South Korean DJ and music producer Koo Jun Yup, popularly known as DJ Koo, has been spotted visiting the grave of his late wife, Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu, nearly every day, according to several eyewitness accounts circulating online.

Barbie, best known for her iconic role as Shan Cai in the 2001 drama Meteor Garden, passed away earlier this year due to pneumonia. She was 48.

She is laid to rest at Chin Pao San Cemetery in New Taipei, Taiwan.

Photos posted on social media show DJ Koo sitting quietly by her grave, sometimes looking at a tablet believed to display her image.

A Taiwanese netizen revealed that during a recent visit, he saw Koo sitting alone and quietly thanked them for paying respects.

The couple married in 2022 after rekindling a romance from more than two decades ago.

In an earlier post, DJ Koo expressed the depth of his grief, writing, “My angel returned to heaven… I’m going through indescribable sorrow and suffering.”
