SB19 to perform at Asia Artist Awards’ ACON Fest

MANILA, Philippines — The “Kings of P-pop” SB19 is set to perform at the 2025 Asia Artist Awards (AAA) ACON event in Taiwan in December, the group’s second time to be invited by the prestigious awards show.

The announcement was made by the Asia Artist Awards, confirming that the group will perform on Dec. 7, the second day of the event. They will join a lineup that includes K-pop groups such as NEXZ, xikers, CRAVITY, KiiKiii, and KickFlip. 

The 2025 Asia Artist Awards will be held at the Rakuten Taoyuan Baseball Stadium on Dec. 6, followed by the ACON festival on Dec. 7. The event, which is the 10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards 2025, will be co-hosted by Jang Won-young of IVE and Lee Jun-ho of 2PM. 

SB19, composed of members Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, previously performed at the 2023 Asia Artist Awards held at the Philippine Arena. During that event, they took home two awards namely AAA Hot Trend and AAA Best Artist (singer).

The group’s upcoming performance in Taiwan falls between the Australian leg of their “Simula At Wakas” World Tour, which includes shows in Melbourne on Dec. 5, Sydney on Dec. 6, and Perth on Dec. 14. 

SB19 is celebrating a busy year, having released their “Simula at Wakas” EP in April and kicked off their world tour with shows in the Philippines, Singapore, and Indonesia. The group also recently collaborated with OPM icon Sarah Geronimo for the song “Umaaligid” and is set to celebrate their seventh anniversary with a collaboration with fashion designer Francis Libiran in October.
