Tejashwi Yadav, leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), was spotted enjoying a light-hearted moment with young performers at Patna’s Marine Drive expressway. After completing the 16-day Voter Adhikar Yatra, he chose to spend some relaxing time with youth that perfectly showed his playful side.
He went for a drive along the newly inaugurated road with his nephew from Singapore. On the way, he noticed some young artists making music and social media content. Soon, he joined in and tried out their trending dance steps.

In the video, shared by Tejashwi himself, the RJD leader is seen mimicking some of Hrithik Roshan’s iconic Bollywood moves. He also danced to the Bhojpuri song Lalu bina chalu Bihar na hoi which pays tribute to his father, former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav.
The young performers cheered him on as he stepped forward to show a few moves.
Tea, Chants And Slogans
Beyond dancing, Tejashwi also spent time chatting with the young artists and even shared tea by the roadside. The performers lip-synced songs, delivered dialogues and sang Bhojpuri numbers dedicated to him and the RJD.
At one point, the boys chanted slogans like “Tejashwi bhaiya zindabaad” and “Lalu chacha zindabaad” while Tejashwi walked alongside them. He also added a playful remark, saying, “Hum Modi ji ko nachate hain.”
Tejashwi later shared his experience on Instagram. In the caption, he wrote, “The Voter Adhikar Yatra that lasted 16 days ended yesterday between heat, rain and humidity. The nephew who came from Singapore at night said to go on a drive. Found some young fellow artists on the road along the way. They were singing, making reels. When they started requesting, we also tried hands and feet.”
“We will all change power by rising above caste-religion and constructing new Bihar by pledging with expectations, aspirations, dreams and expectations of youth with ease, simplicity and accessibility,” he added.
About The Voter Adhikar Yatra
The Voter Adhikar Yatra ran from August 17 to September 1 and covered roughly 1,300 km through 25 districts and over 110 assembly constituencies. Led by Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi, it began in Sasaram and concluded in Patna with a march from Gandhi Maidan to Ambedkar Park.
The march aimed to protest the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists in Bihar. Leaders claimed that many genuine voters, particularly from marginalised communities, were removed from the rolls. They also raised concerns about bias in the Election Commission’s process.
