Ryoko Yonekura’s drug abuse case: New revelations surfaced following house raid amid the allegations

Popular Japanese actress Ryoko Yonekura has been in hot water for quite some time now this year. The star was found to be using drugs and other illegal substances, and had been subjected to police investigations into the matter. A recent raid at her home, however, has brought forth a much more surprising revelation to light.

As per reports shared by Japanese news outlet Shukan Bunshun, the actress has been under investigation for a while in relation to a drug abuse case. The idol has also been inactive on all of her social media accounts since August this year, citing concerns. Earlier this year, the authorities also raided her home in Tokyo in relation to the case. Drugs and other illegal substances were found in the actress’s home at the time of the raid. Now, recent updates about the matter have brought forth a shocking revelation as well. It was recently made public that Argentine dancer Gonzalo Quescho, who is dating the Japanese actress, was also residing in her home at the time of the raid.For four months, the actress was under public scrutiny over the issue, and was investigated thoroughly over the time period by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare’s Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Bureau. Later on, she left Japan as well for over a month in order to vacation across various spots in Europe, after which she returned. In relation to the drug case, the actress also cancelled all of her public events and even dropped out of attending award shows as well. No official statement has yet been provided by her end about the matter.
