AI is set to become a strategic ally, matched with human intervention, to optimize operations, making every business scalable and sustainable.

Plenary and breakout sessions will offer practical strategies and real-world case studies, covering:

  • AI for MSME Growth – Accessible tools for scaling marketing and operations
  • Human + Machine Collaboration – Using AI to amplify, not replace, creativity
  • Responsible & Inclusive Innovation – Ethical AI adoption for all sectors
  • Content, Commerce & CX – Building end-to-end brand experiences in an AI-driven world

More than a conference, NMC 2025 is designed as an avenue for learning, collaboration and cross-industry dialogue.
