The platform aims to help address the country’s housing affordability challenges by enabling qualified Filipinos to own a home for as little as 0.5% equity.
Reelist8 unveiled this new technology at the Philippine Startup Week community event called Unlock Reelist8- Housing Liquidity in the Age of AI: Affordable Homeownership thru Technology at Acceler8 Legaspi, Makati City. The launch was graced by over 150+ business executives from various industries, sponsors, celebrities, and media guests.

The new ecosystem features integrated applications such as Property Auctions (PropertyAuctions.ph) and Buildin (Buildin.com.ph). Made for buyers and investors, PropertyAuctions.ph empowers clients to discover and win below market value deals through auctions. Meanwhile, Buildin.com.ph is an all-in-one project management tool that turns floor plans into priced takeoffs instantly for contractors and designers.
