Chinese envoy posts stunning Jaipur pictures, says city left him ‘captivated’

Pink facades, towering forts, and intricate palace corridors formed the backdrop of a recent visit by China’s Ambassador to India, Xu Feihong. Moved by what he described as India’s vibrant culture, the envoy shared a warm note on his experience in Jaipur.

In his message, the Ambassador noted that India’s vibrant traditions and striking structures continue to leave a strong impression on him, and that Jaipur stands out for its distinctive character.

The images he shared offered a glimpse into that experience from sweeping palace facades, imposing hilltop forts, to the city’s signature pink-toned streets glowing under the sun.

“There are always moments when I am captivated by India’s radiant culture and beautiful architecture, and Jaipur is undoubtedly one of them,” reads the caption.
