England World Cup 2026 training kit released with unique Nike shirt ahead of friendlies

England’s new football kits may have stolen the headlines this week, but alongside the latest jerseys to be worn at this summer’s World Cup, The FA and Nike have also quietly launched a range of new training gear. The collection includes hoodies, drill tops, t-shirts and joggers, with each on sale at the Official England Store.

At the forefront of the England 2026 Training Range is the England Nike AOP T-Shirt. This black and grey relaxed-fit cotton tee boasts the same all-over lion design found on the England 2026 Goalkeeper Shirt, with the England badge on the right chest below a gold embroidered star representing the 1966 World Cup win.

This England Nike Tech Fleece Windrunner Hoodie is crafted with lightweight Tech Fleece on the inside and out to keep the wearer warm. The light blue, full-zip hoodie also features the England crest on the left chest opposite Nike’s swoosh on the right.

The matching England Nike Tech Fleece Pants are made with the same fleece material for maximum comfort, whether training or relaxing at home. There’s also the England Nike Strike Drill Training Top, boasting the same blue colour with Obsidian and Speed Red accents on the arms and shoulders, plus arched ‘England’ graphic on the back.

The England 2026 Training Range is on sale at the Official England Store and Nike. It joins the three new England kits Thomas Tuchel’s squad will wear this summer in Canada, Mexico and the USA.

The England 2026 Home Shirt comes in the usual crisp white with navy accents on the shoulders, cuffs and collar, plus a red strip on each side. The England 2026 Away Shirt ditches purple for the traditional red with white accents on the shoulders, navy cuffs, collar and sides, while the badge and Nike swoosh are central.

The England 2026 Goalkeeper Shirt has a blue lion design and star graphic, with each jersey also featuring the phrase ‘happy and glorious’ inside the collar. The Three Lions are expected to debut the new kits and training wear on Friday (March 26), when they host Uruguay in the first of two friendly matches this month.

Fans can book last-minute VIP and hospitality tickets for the game and the clash with Japan on Tuesday (March 31) from £39 at Seat Unique. The England 2026 World Cup kits have once again divided fans, with many flocking to social media to share their first impressions.

Writing on X, one said: “Best home kit I’ve seen for some time.” Not everyone is sold, as another said: “Rethink the white shorts please, looks like a rugby kit.”

Of the away kit, this fan said: “Love this and it’s great to see us have a red away kit again.”
