The Tragic Incident

Media reports reveal that the man rekindled a relationship with a former colleague from a factory where they worked in the 1980s. They reconnected at a party in 2023 and began meeting frequently.

On July 24, the pair checked into a hotel where the girlfriend had arrived earlier. They spent the night together, but when the woman awoke, her partner laid lifeless beside her.

Court Orders Compensation From The Girlfriend

The court determined that the man’s death was primarily due to his own health issues and held him responsible. Nonetheless, it ruled that the girlfriend might have saved him had she returned sooner. Due to her immoral conduct, the court ordered her to pay the reduced compensation.
