A husband usually tries his best to make his wife smile. He gives her time, care and sometimes buys gifts to show his love. A man in China also wanted to surprise his wife in the same way. He bought her a new mobile phone on instalments, thinking she will be happy with the gift. He was still paying for it every month, but he felt it was worth it. What happened next shocked many social media users.

The wife did not like the phone. Instead of telling him directly, she secretly tried to sell it without informing him, even though the payments were not finished. When the husband found out, he became upset. At a shopping mall, he confronted her and then lifted her on his shoulder. In a viral video, he is seen taking her out of the mall while she struggles to free herself. People around them watched in surprise and recorded the strange scene.

In the clip, no further physical fight is visible. Still, the woman looks upset and uncomfortable as the man keeps carrying her on his shoulder. The video ends with him still holding her and walking away from the shopping complex. After the video went viral, some joked about the situation, saying that the fights between couples can sometimes turn dramatic. But many others were not amused, as it raised serious questions about control.

Phone On Instalments Leads To Unexpected Drama

The video posted on X (Formerly Twitter) came with the caption, “A Chinese man bought a phone for his wife on instalment, and when she didn’t like it, she decided to secretly sell it behind his back. So she went to shopping centres to sell it, but her husband quickly found out. He then carried her like this and took her out of the mall.”

Reacting to the post, a user wrote, “So violence is wrong; he should have divorced her, not abused her.”
