New Seven Dwarfs Germany Pavilion Merchandise Collection Arrives In EPCOT
A new merchandise collection for the Germany Pavilion in EPCOT takes inspiration from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
We found all of the new items at the Volkskunst shop in the Germany Pavilion.
Germany Mug – $24.99
The first new item is a single mug that has a wrap-around pattern. The letters on the exterior of the mug spell “Germany,” but each letter is dressed as a different dwarf. The base of the mug is forest green.
Each letter has a hat, color, and some of the defining props that help to identify each dwarf. For example, the “G” for Doc is orange with gold buttons, round spectacles, and a green hat. On the other side near the handle, Dopey represents the “y” with a bright green color, brown belt, and purple hat.
The interior of the mug is the same plain forest green color from the exterior.
Germany Button-Down Shirt – $64.99
The next item is a teal blue button-down shirt. The shirt has a pointed collar and brown buttons running down the middle. The fabric has a pattern of all seven dwarfs laid over the outline of pickaxes, gems, and the Germany Pavilion wordmark in slightly darker teal. The pattern continues on the sleeves, collar, and back.
Germany T-Shirt – $34.99
The next shirt is a more standard T-shirt in an off-white color. Like the mug, the front of the shirt has art saying “Germany” with one dwarf as each letter. In order, the dwarfs include Doc, Sleepy, Sneezy, Grumpy, Bashful, Happy, and Dopey.
Dopey Shirt – $34.99
The next apparel item is a looser-fitting shirt with a tie detail at the bottom. This one is a bright red color with the outline of a lantern and several gemstones across the bottom left corner.
Printed on the chest is art of Dopey walking towards a silhouette of the Germany Pavilion, which is also outlined in gold. The text below him says, “Deutschland,” or “Germany” in German. Below the name of the pavilion is the Epcot World Showcase wordmark.
Germany Sports Jersey – $69
This item is a sports or baseball jersey with more of the same “Germany” dwarf letter art embroidered across the chest. The jersey itself is an off-white color with forest green vertical stripes.
The sleeves are the same shade of green as the stripes. The sleeve on the left has the Epcot World Showcase wordmark written in a lighter green color.
Additional art is embroidered on the back of the jersey. There is a large “Deutschland 82” written in yellow, in the style of a sports team. The number is a reference to 1982, which was the year the Germany Pavilion opened along with the rest of EPCOT. Dopey’s head is peeking out from the side of the “2,” and the EPCOT World Showcase wordmark is stitched in more yellow across the bottom.
Germany Baseball Cap – $29.99
This baseball cap is the same color forest green as most of the other items in the new collection. It has the same dwarf-inspired “Germany” lettering embroidered across the middle.
The EPCOT World Showcase wordmark is stitched at a diagonal angle on the left side of the brim. The back of the cap is made with tan mesh to make the hat a bit more breathable.
Grumpy Hoodie – $59.99
The final new item is a matching forest green hoodie. The hoodie has a large kangaroo pocket toward the bottom and a drawstring hood. It is a pullover, so there is no zipper or buttons. The chest has art of Grumpy standing above the word “Deutschland.”
The left sleeve has the EPCOT World Showcase wordmark written vertically from the shoulder down to the wrist. The opposite sleeve and back of the hoodie are plain.
Some other recently-released World Showcase items include a new collection of T-shirts for each pavilion and new Pandora charms for Japan, Morocco, and France.
